A sign-in link arrives in your inbox within a minute or two.
You're straight into the listings screen — no password needed. The link expires after 15 minutes for security, so request a fresh one if it's been sitting a while.
Your listings live under three tabs at the top of the admin:
Active live on the public site Drafts hidden until you're ready Sold kept on record, marked sold
Click "Add property," fill in the details — title, village, price, description, bedrooms and so on — and save. Leave it as a Draft if it's not ready for the world to see yet; switch it to Active whenever you are.
Open any listing from the list to change anything about it, or delete it entirely if it's no longer needed.
Open the listing and click "Mark as sold" at the bottom left, rather than deleting it. It moves to your Sold tab, and on the website it drops down into the recent sales section with the price replaced by the word Sold. Sold properties are worth keeping up there: they are the best proof you have for anyone thinking of selling through you. If you ever need to undo it, the same button then reads "Put back on the market".
Tick "Featured" to have it shown first on the homepage with a star badge — handy for a new listing or one you want extra eyes on.
Tick "Exclusive to Fiskardo Properties" on any listing you are the only agent for. It adds a gold Exclusive badge on the photo and a line under the title on the property page, so it stands out in the collection. It takes itself off again once the property is sold.
Each listing has a main photo, a gallery, and a description — with a couple of optional one-click extras.
Pick a file for the main photo or gallery and it's automatically resized and compressed for you. Very low-resolution photos are rejected with a note, so the site always looks sharp.
Drag a gallery photo to where you want it. A gold line shows where it will land. Drag a photo onto the main photo to make it the main one: the old main photo moves to the start of the gallery. On a phone or tablet, press and hold the photo first, then drag.
For an older or slightly soft photo, one click sharpens and enlarges it.
€0.05 per photoOne click tidies spelling, grammar and phrasing in a description — it won't change any facts, prices or figures.
€0.05 per useUpload a photo or scan of the certificate and a "View energy certificate" link appears on the listing automatically. Leave it blank and the link simply doesn't show.
Every listing shows its location on a map. You can set this by typing an address and pressing enter, or just clicking the spot on the map itself — the pin can be dragged afterwards to fine-tune it.
One payment a year covers everything needed to keep the site running. The photo and text tools are the only thing used up as you go, and they come out of credit you have already paid for.
